Vista was once the “Strawberry Capital of the World!”
Between 2012 – 2019 we achieved the following results
- All-time high vendors – Increased vendor booths from 150 to over 450 vendors
- Largest crowds – Grew attendance from ~25,000 to over 100,000 attendance
- Obtained both local and national media coverageΒ with event featured in New York Times Events section

GRAPHIC DESIGN

- Rebranded the event with new brand colors and fonts. Developed promotional materials, templates, and graphics.
- Created a new logo for the festival and new Mascot for the Vista Strawberry Runs
- Designed updated run backdrop
Created a marketing toolkit to help local Vista businesses market their own business and promote their involvement in the festival. The toolkit included the following promotional materials:
- Promotion/marketing timelines and countdown
- Poster templates
- Social Media graphic templates
- Social Media sample posts

Created engaging social media posts, stories, and posting event updates. Monitoring and management of social media profiles and answering questions about the event to help increase exposure and drive traffic back to the VSF website

By taking a multi-pronged approach and using both digital and traditional PR tactics, we built and implemented an aggressive PR strategy to help promote the Vista Chamber of Commerce’s flagship event, the Vista Strawberry Festival. Our team worked to re-connect with past media relationships, develop new relationships with target media outlets and influencers to increase the event’s visibility. Our services included
