Provided regular and consistent updates to their social media profiles including answering questions and responding to comments to help increase exposure, create CTA's and drive traffic back to their website. The Puzzle Pieces Marketing team was responsible for creating VOASW’s social media calendar, writing post copy and designing graphics, posting content, management and engagement on social media profiles, blog writing, and messaging.
While managing Volunteers of America Southwest’s social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) we had to appeal to and communicate with a broad audience including Program Participants, Potential Program Participants & Family Members, Donors, Volunteers, Employees, and Community Partners.
They also offer a wide range of services (Behavioral Health & Addiction Treatment, Children and Family Services, Affordable Housing, & Veteran Employment Services) which all needed to be included in their social media content.
