Junior Achievement (JA) of San Diego County provides life-changing programs to more than 1 million young people to ensure that they are prepared for their future. JA teaches them how to get a job, manage their money, start a business and become “real world ready.”
They are the San Diego County affiliate of Junior Achievement, a global non-profit youth organization founded in 1919, whose purpose is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. JA is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students in grades K-12 about entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.
